KEMAS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD, a registered construction company with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class 'A', Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) Grade 7 dan Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) Class "A", was establish in 1977 as a civil engineering and building construction company.

To date KEMAS has successfully completed over one billion ringgit worth of construction contracts ranging from residential houses to high rise condominiums, office towers, shopping complexes, hotel podiums, hostels, government premises, industrial buildings as well as infrastructure works etc.

Kemas also provides a wide range of building services including the capacity to undertake development projects on Turnkey or Build, Operate and Transfer basis or jointly with the landowners.
